I had made some mistakes in setting up my two 1Password accounts Password
I had made some mistakes in my 1Password accounts and could not untangle them. I am a little inept on the computer and a succession of customer service reps steered me through a number of emails to fix a vexing problem. This was much better service than I normally get from others. I am back to a productive state.

It is highly recommended! Reliable and high quality for little money, and also a fast top service. They help you quickly and they are very friendly. Highly recommended if you want to save your passwords somewhere and have it automatically filled in for you everywhere.

Great IT support
I had an issue with the Windows app not advancing to the enter password screen. Support quickly and clearly provided the steps to resolve. One suggestion - For the website login screen please add a reveal button for the input field.

I have been a 1Password customer for many years. I had some trouble with the move to Ver 8 (all self inflicted I think)! I was very keen to get everything up and running ASAP and of course I made some mistakes. I am sure my biggest error was rushing into getting all set up. I contacted the Support Team online who were very conscientious helping me resolve my problems. I cannot speak highly enough of the help I received.
