The support team solved my issue

Great customer support
1Password has great customer support. I got this app with my Eero Plus subscription and as a new user, I wanted to get up to speed ASAP. This app is full-featured with a lot of abilities to customize to suit your password management style. I contacted support with a question about the best way to set something up and they got back to me immediately with a clear answer and a link to step by step instructions. Thanks!

1Password support is a real person
Sully was awesome! They sent me detailed Information with links to help me switch my account from family to individual. They credited my account for the price difference and helped me sign up for the correct account. These simple to follow instructions were impossible to find through Apple support. I happily switched to subscribing directly with 1Password where the customer support is responsive and personalized. Much appreciated.
