Customer support handled my issue promptly with attention to detail and 10/10 communication. I find this type of experience to be rare and worth every penny of a service in today's modern tech world where users typically get tossed to the wayside. I had heard about 1Password from security review experts and all of my expectations were met with what otherwise could have been a negative experience. Rapid support
I mistakenly failed to save my 1Password master password when I created my account. I asked the support team and they send me an email to delete my inaccessible and empty account, allowing me to start afresh. They removed the GH Student Pack promotion from my previous account, so I was able to apply it to the new account. Emails were answered in under 5 hours, showcasing exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience
I used two or three of password with several variations. It made me sick to remember all the passwords so I wrote it down and kept it in my wallet. I was always worried about losing it. To make new password is also painful. I am free from all those inconvenience and worries thanks to 1Password.

Representatives at 1Password know their product well. They respond quickly to questions. They treat customers with respect. They are very helpful. I am very satisfied with the assistance I received when I had questions about setting up 1Password for Teams for a nonprofit organization.
