I received a timely response from 1Password. When I had further questions, they answered the questions thoroughly with pics/screenshots on how to set things up. Again, with a quick response . The information was very helpful. Much appreciated! Way to go 1Password team.

Customer support was amazing
Customer support was amazing! I needed to switch from an individual to family plan and there was an issue with moving from a Google Play subscription to direct subscription and customer support was amazingly responsive and helpful.

I've used 1Password for many years. I had a tricky problem involving the Chrome Browser add-in. The support team carefully listened to the issue. While they did not directly solve my issue they came up with a practical work around.

A brief hick-up with frozen account
A brief hick-up with accounts (frozen) and payment information. This was within 24 hours solved and the personal contact by email very very accurate and to the point. No Bots, just a human being ;-) Thanks S-K Tucker
