A Genuine Human

It was very refreshing to 'hear' from a genuine human (unless I've been AI-deceived). Poor customer service is what motivated me to leave my previous password manager provider. White Hairs like I do not have the skill set of younger people who don't know a non-digital world. We occasionally need to send out an SOS to the more enlightened among us.

I have recently switched over to using 1Password as my password manager. Despite trying out several contemporary password management solutions, my experience with 1Password has truly stood out, particularly in terms of its applications and customer support. An added bonus was receiving a generous discount upon submitting the most recent invoice from my previous password manager.

“Invisible” Support, except when needed

What’s even better than a good Support team? Not even needing it in the first place! Have used 1Password for over ten years and recently experienced some weird behaviour with the Safari extension on just one of my Macs. No later than a couple days after first reporting it, they released a new version with a fix for that particular issue! Needless to say, will continue my patronage for the coming years.

Quick response to emailed issue

The thing that impressed me most was the quick responses from all of your team members. Although the problem seemed to resolve on its own, they did have suggestions as to the possible nature of the issue, and given the chance, may have come up with fixes.

I had a problem with my account

I had a problem with my account, I tried to solve it by my self and made some wrong decisions. The customer support helped we with my problems and we could solve the problem. The help was polite, patience and very competent. Thank you!!
