I was struggling
I was struggling, trying to setup a new account and import my data from Lastpass. They were very patient and helpful to an older guy... turns out my problem was not understanding the difference between an app and a browser extension. Thanks for the help, and being courteous and patient.

My problem was solved as I expected!
My problem was solved as I expected! 1Password is not only a great app but also has excellent people there to make my experience even better. As an old customer (since 2013/14, I guess), I was comfortable using previous versions of the app, but the new features convinced me to upgrade, and their support team helped me with everything I needed for the transition. Many thanks!
