Passwordless Log On
It was a difficult situation to get both partitions to work. However, they did not give up and found different problems with each partition and patiently addressed them, solving it. Both password managers in each partition work with windows hello as advertised. Great job!

Fantastic, patient, and friendly support
I worked with a few different people and they were all incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. I didn't have to "restate my case" because they were each well informed of my situation. I'm also grateful for the resolution. I'm sure it was user error and I really appreciate the willingness to work with me and resolve the mess I made.

The advice and correction given was clear, especially with the attached images. I've been using 1Password since 2008 and couldn't work on my electronic devices without it.

I am only a “ small “ customer of Ipassword, but nevertheless you all try to give me all attention to answering my questions, and that is mostly not one get nowadays. So that makes a person happy, and not only because he gets , what he asks.

The speed of response to my question
The speed of response to my question, the friendly language and the clear and comprehensive guidance on how to solve my issue. I really needed my old licensed vault to switch over to the new membership setup quickly and was surprised by how quickly my enquiry was answered and repeatedly followed up as we exchanged emails. Brilliant service

Prompt, thorough replies
Prompt replies with examples, to Email queries. Can't ask for better! But I think 1Password should directly support importing from more password managers.
