Fast reply was great!
1password is pretty much my most important app that I use so making sure that my credit card is up to date is very important. My problem was I couldn't find where to update the credit card because it's on the web page and not on my desktop. However, one quick email to your customer support and a few minutes later I got a response explaining in simple English how I could fix the problem. And even though this was a national holiday it was done, Presto. What more can anyone ask?

I have been using 1Password for about 10 years and am very happy with it. It is secure, and they always keep improving it. I highly recommend it.

I had an issue
I had an issue. I contacted customer support via email. I got a reply within 24 hours. The instructions were concise and unambiguous and my issue was resolved forthwith. What else is there to say?

Great support as usual
Great support as usual This is the second time I have used 1Password support and, the same as the first time, they quickly solved my problem. Being a technical user, it is always nice when I'm not asked to make sure the computer is plugged in. Mat understood where I was in the process, what I had already tried, and zeroed in on the exact solution.
