Very helpful
Every assistance provided by any staff was easy to understand, helpful and simple, with well organized procedure. I could save my vault without lost or account locked-out fortunately thanks to them. They are also very kind. I appreciate it.

This app is amazing
This app is amazing, simple yet powerful with tons of functionalities that meet (I guess) most user requirement. Support is fast and efficient, I highly recommend this app that I have been using and advocating for the past 7 years

Professional, Responsive Support
I inadvertently changed the master password on my 1Password account to a random password, and I didn't have a key, so I was effectively and permanently locked out. Bah! When I contacted 1Password, they were very quick to respond, very helpful, and focused on security. Going into the exchange with them, I had done enough research and troubleshooting to know that my account was irretrievable, so I didn't ask them to try to allow me back into my account. There is no better password manager
There is no better way to manage your passwords than using 1Password. If you landed here wondering if you should be getting away from LastPass, yes you should. I cannot sing 1Password's praises highly enough; it makes my digital life possible.

Great customer service experience with Errol! I needed to get my new business account set up on my work computer and I was a mess! Errol was extremely patient and went out of his way to explain the process in great detail and walked me through the entire process. That was some GREAT customer service - thank you!
