I had an issue upgrading to 1Password8
I had had an issue upgrading to 1Password8 which had gone on for quite a while. But initially Roya and then Paul walked me through the many steps needed to resolve the issue. Paul was so patient and attentive to my problem and clear in responding to my many questions. He carefully guided me in the next steps I needed to take at each point along the way. It is now completely resolved and I am so grateful to Paul for his kindness, skill and professionalism. He is a great asset to 1Passport.

Not only is the service amazing, and intuitive, even with iPhone which is extremely restrictive for password managers, but the customer support and service are top-notch. Quick replies, amazing service, so kind, understanding. I honestly think that customer support and the company go hand-in-hand for how good they are. Having limited computer skills
Having limited computer skills, the support team, over three days of answering my questions and making suggestions were outstanding. They were all very knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Not only did they help, they made suggestions specifically for my situation where I could view additional information.

"Time to forget your passwords"
What do you like best about 1Password? I run a digital marketing agency, and we have to keep track of a zillion passwords - not just ours, but those of our clients too. On top of that, we work with freelancers, so it is important to keep our clients' credentials safe. 1Password is the only way we can do that - spreadsheets don't offer the same flexibility and security. Best of all, I can have it on my phone and it's super easy to use (their autofill feature is kickass).
