customer service reps VERY GOOD
The customer service reps were very good at getting RIGHT BACK to me, and guiding me through what was a not-straightforward process, that I had unneccessarily complicated (long story). In particular, ASH, and also Chris G, Nate T, were very patient, and Ash helped me close the deal. REALLY happy with the level and quality of support.

The tool that you don't know you need it till you try it

They will stick with you till its finished, and not make you feel stupid.
I have used 1password for several years, I frustrated with the 1 password 8 upgrade as I couldn't get it to load on my computer. I reached out to support and they came through! It took several tries but they stuck with me, I am slightly computer literate, but they explained things without making me feel completely incompetent . Thanks for you excellent customer service. Before I reached out I was ready to scrap the whole program.
