Support very helpful and responsive
After a problem with the automatic migration from 1Password 7 to 8, customer support was very responsive and helpful to get it managed, without sharing any sensible login information with them.

So easy to authenticate securely
I like how well 1Password integrates with the various ways that apps/websites authenticate users, and I especially like how 1Password uses the device's own authentication of my identity to simplify access to 1Password, like using my fingerprint to open 1Password, or my laptop's PIN.
