Have used 1Password for many years
Have used 1Password for many years, first as a paid stand alone version synced to one drive and more recently as a subscription. As a couple of 66 uear olds we thought the transition would be beyond us but the 1Password suport we received made it so simple. With the amount of passwords needed these days we couldn't imagine what it would be like without 1Password. Definately recommended.

The prompt réponse (immediate) from the service team--initially by a computer who referred me to a human once the system detected that it was unlikely to be able to help. Then, within a few hours a pleasant individual named Tracy was in touch and provided me with enough information for me to enter the system using the "Emergency Kit" I was able to find on my hard drive.

Works well for my needs
Works well for my needs. I replaced LastPass because of some issues that I had trying to recover my vault as well as the negative news about compromised security issues. I used LastPass for many years and had no problems adapting to how 1Password works. In fact, I find it easier to organize my data and to use day to day.
