Great product and support

1password 8 is my present to my family members
I am not computer friendly however with the great support, patience and understanding of the 1 password support team I managed to upgrade to 1 password 8, uninstall my old extensions and install the new ones in all my browsers including Mac. I used to have 1 password 7 for many years and I have upgraded to a family membership because I love it and want my family to have this great tool as well.

First and for most, 1password is the best that I have come across that has a support team that responded to my email support request is such a very short amount of time. To your front line support Elly Watson, and Carley Bench were very helpful and knowledgeable in coming to the conclusion that I had to reset my account and start over.
