Online support was very helpful and responded quickly. I needed help to change my subscription from family to individual. It was complicated by the fact I used the App Store to purchase so it requires extra steps. Support provided info for each step to follow to get it resolved.

My issues were solved in a very good way. The 1Password support team conducted a positive and solution oriented discussion where I felt as a highly appreciated user - and not as a dumb unskilled, non tech savvy person. I left the conversation with a smile and problem solved.

I’ve been happy with 1Password
I’ve been happy with 1Password. I like the printable security key page. The format of the app is pleasant and easy. I don’t love that you have to enter your master password every two weeks and can’t rely solely on FaceID. But it’s forcing me to remember my password which is good. Happy with it so far. I like that my husband and I can share a vault and still have our separate spaces.

Having 1 Password makes it easy to feel secure in the internet world…
Having 1 Password makes it easy to have meaningful secure passwords which so very important in this day and age i found it quite tricky to download the upgrade but it is worth the xtra effort
