"So Much Better Than LastPass"

Responsive and supportive
3 days ago, I left a voicemail for 1password. Quickly afterwards, I had an email response. Every day, someone from the support team worked with me until my situation was resolved.

Great interaction with the 1Password team
The 1Password team responded quickly to my request for help. The info given was clear, sensibly detailed and worked straight away. Pointed me to features of the app (which I have been using for a very long time) but was utterly unaware of. I let them know that the issue was fixed and they even followed that up. One of the best interactions with a Support Team in a very long while.
