Reliable
Little less features than competitors, but everything so far seems to be working without glitches. Forms for autofills are sometimes not recognised - a competitor had this work better. Edit: To be clear, I like 1Pass better. It is stable, the UI is very nice and is much better than of the competitor I used before. Syncing between different devices is flawless which was also not the case with the other product I used previously. All in all it is an easy recommendation.

I had an issue where I was double charged for a family account. I was able to get it resolved quickly, and the 1Password team was responsive, understanding of the issue, and help me resolve it as quickly as possible.

The folks at 1Password were awesome to deal with. When we reached out about a team plan for our organization, they were extremely helpful in finding the plan that worked best for us. They were quick to respond, polite, and very knowledgeable. Too many times when reaching out to a software provider, there is an attempt to upsell, and you know you're dealing with a "salesperson" who is working on a commission. There was none of that with 1Password, just great customer service and people who ...

One password has made my plethora of…
One password has made my plethora of forgotten passwords and continuous resets so much easier. I also am able to share account info with family and coworkers seamlessly and makes it so much easier when o get a new device or to share across devices. Not to mention I feel significantly safer.

Quick, clear response
Although loath to use the supplied link to contact Support I finally did so not expecting too much. However, unlike past experience with other companies, an email (from a human) arrived within the hour seeking further details. One email later I had very clear instructions on how to resolve it. Job done over the space of a few hours - happy user!
