My Exceptional Support Experience
I loved the overall experience. I needed to upgrade from 1PW7 to 1PW8. I was having multiple issues so I reached out to customer support. I had an exceptional experience and seamless interaction as I worked with several support staff. All were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided detailed instructions for my issues. Onboarding support
Onboarding with 50% off discount: took some finesse but successful in the end. The initial "50% off for three years" discount apparently didn't apply correctly. The first agent I spoke with said it would apply on my first invoice; I got an invoice for the un-discounted total; but 1password was quick to fix it up and apply a refund to make the annual amount $18 plus tax. Thanks!
