Very nice
Very nice, patient and knowledgeable support, very positive experience. On the other hand, adding couple screenshots to the guide would have prevented the need to ask for support altogether.

My Exceptional Support Experience
I loved the overall experience. I needed to upgrade from 1PW7 to 1PW8. I was having multiple issues so I reached out to customer support. I had an exceptional experience and seamless interaction as I worked with several support staff. All were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided detailed instructions for my issues.
