I was a user of Lastpass…
I was a user of Lastpass for many years. After the recent problems with hacking at Lastpass, I needed to find a better password manager. I reviewed many options and decided on 1Password. All I can say is the I love it. With the secret code, it feels vastly more secure. The transition to 1Password was very easy and it is very user friendly.

Fast Personalized Customer Support
When I needed customer support I emailed them and they responded within a day. They walked me through my options, sent me links that might help me, and gave me a discount on my upgrade.

PANIC-STRICKEN to Calm Relief from 1Password Support
PANIC STRUCK IN when I discover that I couldn't login to 1Password! I don't have all of my 300+ "Excellent" passwords memorized!!! (Being not tech savvy, I find anything "tech related" unnerving.) But, Hal I., 1Password Support, provided detailed instructions, hand held my sweaty, quivering palms as I was guided through the steps, and had my 1Password up and running in no time. TA DA! I've evolved into a Power User! (Thanks to Hal I., 1Password Support!-)

1PW has excellent customer service
There was a glitch on 1Password's website when I was updating my payment information. Very frustrating because I tried with three different browsers, to no avail. I was in touch with customer service on and off over couple days, wondering whether there was a bug that was causing the problem. I figured out a way to make it work for me and now all is well. In the meantime, a 1PW rep said today that their engineers were aware of a bug, and they expressed appreciation for my patience. I ...
