Very happy with 1Password

I'm very happy with 1Password: it's easy to set up and use and importantly, provides great support. While setting up 1Password, I came across one website that didn't fill as it should using this app. I e-mailed the Support team and got a very quick response (thanks Evon) that described efforts to look at the website, a detailed description of the problem and a suggested work around while 1Password fixes the issue. Having such responsive support is even more reason to be pleased with 1Password.

Successful transfer of data

I had multiple issues (self inflicted) with transfer of data when I changed my phone. The 1password team patiently walked me through the process of setting up a new account and transferring data.

Total satisfaction

More than one person at 1Password responded to my recent request. Staffers were similarly responsive to previous requests of mine for assistance. I am very happy with the 1Password app and would not consider any other password manager, so I do not find it surprising that the staff members are polite and helpful.

Responded to my email request for assistance within 4 hours. Provided detailed answer and instructions to resolve my issue. Communications were both friendly and professional in tone. And, their password software is excellent.

It was an awkward small problem - the sign in page popping up on occasions - but the team were always very prompt and courteous in their replies; and the problem was satisfactorily resolved with some effective sleuthing on their part!

Emails were responded to in a timely manner and I felt that genuine care and concern were given to help me solve my problem. It is very clear to see why 1Password is number one. Thank you to the whole team. Keep up the awesome work. So often you find good apps, but the service team is lacking, so the app fails, but that is definitely not 1 Password.
