friendly, competent and HUMAN
The support team was quick to help me solve my problem. Not only were they friendly and competent, but it was obvious that there were actual humans on the other end of the line (instead of some stupid AI).

The support staff at 1Password were… amazing!!!
The support staff at 1Password were amazing! They helped me to get my upgrade installed when I ran into issues and then they continued to work with me when I was having issues removing the 'old' application. All of the service reps were outstanding and provided me with lots of suggestions and 'steps to follow' even providing screenshots/pictures to help me know exactly what I needed to do. And when they recommended - after working with me for weeks - that I reach out to Apple for more ...
