1Password has continually strived to make the experience of using complex passwords as easy and as securely as possible. I recently had some issues with integration between the 1Password App and the Browser extension. The team were commented to getting my issue sorted and as we progressed with a solution there were different members who provided ways ahead; this was the more impressive that each brought a fresh angle to the pursuit and never needed to be re-briefed on the problem. Very secure password manager

I am in technology and this is a very secure password manager. I’ve used another highly rated company prior and they have been hacked twice. It is also important to follow the setup and save your password and security key for 1Password in a safe place. It’s recommended to add a second user with access to your account in case you lose your password. Great product and their customer support is fast and knowledgeable.

Very responsive and helpful support team

I managed to lock myself out of my 1password account after changing my password. The 1password support team responded quickly to get me setup with a new account and transfer my credit balance from my old account. Many thanks to Amy M, Paul P, Ashlee S and Noah H for their amazing help to resolve the issue. 1password is an excellent product with an excellent team behind it.
