Great interaction with support
Had an awesome experience contacting support. Tried to subscribe using a discount only available for 1password.com, while I wanted to subscribe in 1password.eu. Contacted support, and they were super helpful and assisted in applying the discount.

Great software, Excellent service!
After all the LastPass compromises, I moved over to 1Password. Actually, I currently use 1Password and Bitwarden within different environments. Both are great functionally, but 1Password seems a bit more polished and I have a better, smoother experience between the desktop, browser and Mobile versions. What do you like best about 1Password? This solution provides excellent coverage for all the operating systems that we need (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iPhone). Very useful centralized reporting, and secure file sharing features!

quick resolution from 1password support
1password was getting in the way of everything I tried to do on my computer. I did a general browser search and found others having a similar problem with various suggestions to fix (on reddit). Instead of doing any, I used the support option in 1password itself and had a resolution within a couple of hours. A friendly email with clear and concise instructions. Top notch customer support. Thank you!
