Rapid customer support & comprehensive help I had a complex query after being locked out of my account (ironic, given the product, I know). Not only did the team reply very quickly but they were more helpful than any other software provider I've spoken to this year. Proactive in sorting my query which ended in account cancelation – no reflection on them, in fact quite the opposite.
