I had an issue moving to an App Store…
I had an issue moving to an App Store subscription. My question was answered within a couple of hours and the clear solution offered worked perfectly. The support person, Laura, was clear in her explanation and included a follow-up opportunity if needed. Couldn't ask for better service.

Double Spend Billing Issue Quickly Resolved
I had a double billing issue (Apple and direct with 1Password). After opening a ticket with the chatbot, I was contacted immediately by an agent who worked with me to resolve this issue in just a couple of email exchanges. He also gave me credit towards my next invoice for my double spend with Apple. BRAVO!!

Never Disappointed
I have always had prompt help from support, rare that I ever need them and never disappointed. The product has never left me stranded on any day for the past 10 years or more. This product and Evernote I could not live without they are a true blessing from Heaven.

"Elevate your life — 1Password is a no-brainer"
What do you like best about 1Password? Once I started using a password manager, there was no going back. I used LastPass and after their breach (which they did not handle well), I was immediately impressed with how easy it was to switch to 1Password, how on top of their security they are, but also how transparent and clear they are in their communications. I've been super happy with making the switch.
