Configuration issue
I built a family password database without consulting the on line tutorials. Unfortunately, I had to un-due my work to achieve the desired results. Totally my mess up. They walked me through the correction process. Very prompt responses.

Useful, intuitive, secure
I knew I needed a password manager, becouse I used the same password on most of my accounts. The password I 'invented' over 20 years ago. Having tens of accounts on different websites, I finally was able to get all my login information into one place. I really enjoyed creating new, strong and secure passwords for each website. I am using 1Pass on my computer, browser and mobile. I can login to any account on each of my devices with no problems.

For the past 10 days I have been having all kinds of problems with my computer. I had to take it in so it could be erased. In the process, I lost several applications, including 1Password.
