Top tier software and customer service

Well, first of all 1password is the best password manager i've ever had. I made the mistake of switching to another -cheaper- one but it's been a nightmare on my computers and mobile devices; instead 1password works like a charm on any device. In second place, the support team is the top you could ask for: quick responses and best solutions. It's worth every penny you're going to pay for it so don't do my mistake: never ever without 1password anymore.

The best password manager and really amazing support! I had one problem with the desktop app(probably caused by older version which I didn't update for a long time) and support team helped to resolve my issue very quickly, were super proactive and efficient, now everything is working perfectly.

I've been using 1Password for years and recommend it to anyone who asks about a password manager. And now I have another reason to recommend it: Somehow I accidentally ended up with two family accounts without realizing it. When I figured it out, I contacted 1Password support. My support rep, Siân-Kathryn Tucker, looked into it quickly, cancelled the duplicate, and applied my family membership by another year. GREAT Service!

I had a billing issue with 1Password, so I reached out to their customer service team, and within a day they had resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I was very pleased by their prompt and agreeable response.

Very helpful and quick response to email questions regarding upgrading and purchasing 1Password. Also clearly answered and reassured regarding my concerns for older 1Password versions working with newer software and chips. Helpful advice in data transfer. Excellent Experience

My first interaction with 1Password was a great experience. I received multiple prompt responses from Julia, who was extremely helpful throughout a series of email exchanges. Their customer service is of the highest calibre.
