Great customer service!
It was great getting responses from actual people rather than automated responses. I communicated with several different people but they were all on the same page and worked together to solve my problem. They answered the questions I asked and gave me bulleted lists of steps to follow. They also encouraged me along the way. The problem was solved to my complete satisfaction!

Absolutely wonderful customer support…
I've been happily using the standalone 1password versions since 2015. For me it was - and still is, by far the most useful and secure solution to stay on top of an ever-growing need for new and better passwords, as well as for other data and documents alike. Couple of days ago I've bit the bullet and decided to upgrade to the subscription model, in the cloud. 1Password is for me the best Passwordmanager.
1Password is for me the best Passwordmanager to save my codes and so on. A great helpfunction when you are in trouble. A very quick answer and they make a video for me to look to solve my problem.

Great product, great customer support. It syncs really well between my mobile and PC. When I email customer support, they always get back to me within 24 hours.

Patience and good instructions achieved a great result!
I got in a mess because I had various versions of 1Password across several devices, including a very old iMac that could no longer be updated. I needed to add 1Password to a new iMac and have just one version that syncs across devices. Thanks to 1Password support, this was achieved over a number of steps that I could not have done on my own without losing all my existing data. I am very grateful and relieved!

I have been using this app for the past…
I have been using this app for the past 6 years and find it brilliant and very reliable. Excellent customer service support in dealing with upgrading from 1Passord7 to 1Password8 recently. Efficient and timely responses, and friendly too.
