Perfect customer service and trustworthy APP!
The customer service of 1Password was amazing! They respond quick and accurate to your problems. It is very important for customers to have a solid support for any purchases. I reached out to 1Password with my problems, they solved my problems within merely two days!!! Despite the time zone difference! It was an incredible experience whether it's using the APP itself or having the customer service's support.

Peace of mind and awesome security.
I'm impressed with the quick reply to my urgent email question/concern. I wanted reassurance about security from hackers, both on IP's end and mine. I got prompt, supportive, specific, informative and reassuring replies in a timely fashion, and it brought peace of mind. The level of security is IMPRESSIVE, as is the convenience 1P has provided me for years. SO many passwords to deal with daily and this IS the answer to that. Efficient Billing System

Phone Support Great

Renewal - Positive experience
I've had 1password Family for the past year. As someone who knows better, I was actually pretty bad about reusing passwords across sites. Last year, as a new years resolution, I researched password managers (e.g., NYTimes Wirecutter, University's IT site) and selected 1password Family on a promo 50% off annual plan.
