I have NEVER had such helpful support!
I have NEVER had such loving and helpful support from a company. I'm an older user with not so many media skills and they walked me through the process of getting set, with eMail after eMail.

The rep gave detailed instructions with links to access other areas. He answered my questions in detail, easy to understand terms. His readiness to help me if I ran into problems, was never intimidating or condescending. In our techy world, many have a hard enough time navigating it, and kind helpful support personal is always comforting

1Password is a firm whose employees…Care.
1Password is a firm whose employees obviously use their own product. I have been shown genuine kindness and consideration during my contact with your customer support team. Having been steered through my reacquaintance with 1Password ( I used version 4 a few years ago) My experiences have brought me the genuine conclusion that a I should have stayed with your product and I can say that I will be using it as my data vault handler from now on.
