Got me back up and running l! (Purchased another year subscription)

I had a question about my account. When I resubscribed for another year there was some sort of error in the App Store on my iPhone. The app wasn’t working as it should. I did what I could think of to try but nothing resolved it so I reached out to support. Unexpectedly quick (and helpful) response

I sent a question to support on Christmas Eve. It was not time critical, but I did not want to forget it - so I went ahead and sent it. I expected an auto-response telling me when to expect an answer. Instead, I got a very quick response that completely resolved my issues. I didn’t expect that type of turnaround - but it is greatly appreciated!!

I wonder who can manage without 1 password

I have used 1 password al ready to my satisfaction for more than 10 years. But I still used a vault from the first series and synchronised this vault in the cloud. This resulted in a situation that I had 2 vaults for the same situations. And this was confusing. The support desk was a fast friendly and experienced help for me to get one up to date vault. Excellent Support for a Great Product!!

1Password is a great product and I can now say it is backed by excellent customer support. I locked myself out of my account with the possibility of losing all of my stored password and other data, and the customer support team was fantastic in getting it resolved. They had to think outside the box a bit and jump through several hoops to make it happen but they walked me through them all and ultimately restored my access to my data so nothing was lost. Happy that I switched to 1Password

After years of collecting passwords in another product, I thought it would be difficult to switch to 1Password. The team at 1Password made the transition easy. All my questions were promptly and fully answered. The software itself is easy to use (including the import function). To summarize, the software is more intuitive than what I was using previously. The staff is very helpful. I'm very pleased with the 1Password software and the team behind it.
