multiple rescues
Over a period of two weeks, I had to reinstall 1Password several times due to my own failure to physically print the "emergency kit" along with my password. Each time the support persons guided me through. They also told me how to access 1Password on my chromebook, and, finally, guided me stepwise through saving my passwords in a "locker." Even though this was over the vacation, they responded promptly and without judgment.

The rep gave detailed instructions with links to access other areas. He answered my questions in detail, easy to understand terms. His readiness to help me if I ran into problems, was never intimidating or condescending. In our techy world, many have a hard enough time navigating it, and kind helpful support personal is always comforting

I have NEVER had such loving and helpful support from a company. I'm an older user with not so many media skills and they walked me through the process of getting set, with eMail after eMail.
