Lydia, was World Class, efficient, over delivered, nothing was too much trouble. Lydia made me feel important as a customer. I have used a lot of support desks over the years- they could all learn a thing or two about customer support from the 1password team. I would not move to any other pass word manger base on this level of support.

I have multiple vaults

I have multiple vaults, and during the 1password8 update, I lost access 5o more than 60% of my data. I appreciate the helpfulness of the support team in diligently following up and providing really useful steps to recover all my data. This could have been very challenging had it not been for their thoughtful support.
