Tracks team sentiment, and OKRs really well

What do you like best? It's a very simple way to keep tabs on how your team is doing. It's a form of team survey tool that's actually not painful to use. We also use it to track OKRs, and while I think this could use some more features, I'm still very happy with it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has a good structure, letting you interact with each member of your team, specially in a vertical way with you manager or other superior.
