Tracks team sentiment, and OKRs really well
What do you like best? It's a very simple way to keep tabs on how your team is doing. It's a form of team survey tool that's actually not painful to use. We also use it to track OKRs, and while I think this could use some more features, I'm still very happy with it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has a good structure, letting you interact with each member of your team, specially in a vertical way with you manager or other superior. Great tool for all companies big & small!
What do you like best? I love that I'm able to keep my to-do list, goals and thoughts/feelings during the week all in one consecutive space. It's nice to look back on previous weeks to track your progress on a specific project or how you've progressed in your development in your role as well!
