Very useful and easy to use tool!
What do you like best? That you can record not only your tasks but how you feel and also your goals. What do you dislike? Nothing! You can either add a lot or some basic things. You can adjust it to your needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A track of our progress, potential problems and how do we feel

What do you like best? I have been able to quickly yet effectively communicate expectations, goals, projects, etc. with my manager and have enjoyed the many available components of the platform. An amazing employee engagement platform
What do you like best? I love how well rounded the tool is. It covers all the major areas. - 1;1s - A wonderful way to schedule and manage recurring 1:1s with your team. I use it every week to allow my team to add talking points to help keep the conversation focused. Great tool to affirm team members and track individual progress
What do you like best? The high five feature! It is such a great way to let my team members know that I appreciate them. What do you dislike? The objective feature can be a little confusing sometimes. Sometimes I think I have created my own objective, but when I map it to a parent, it becomes difficult to obtain later down the road. 15five allows me to track my growth in my work while sending my supervisors a detailed report.
What do you like best? I like how I get a reminder through email to fill out my 15five and that all of my reports are kept in one place. What do you dislike? I don’t know if any downsides to using 15 five Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our supervisors are using 15five to stay aware of how we are doing spiritually and emotionally in order to improve staff care.

Awesome platform for work!
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of it! It is very attractive at the first glace and easy to use. I also love being able to give praise to my team on the same platform. In the past we used 3 different platforms just to complete what 15five does for our company, the switch was MUCH needed. I really like that I can attach goals to monthly tasks that I am completing. Never been more valuable than now
What do you like best? It allows a weekly refection on what you have done as well as what you are planning for the next week. This is great not only for me but for my manager. The performance review section is easy to manage both for my own personal review but also to do peer reviews. A well thought out and connected team tool
What do you like best? All parts of the 15Five system are connected, so that when you record a win during weekly feedback, that can then be stored in your collection of wins - a very happy place to visit if you're feeling temporarily demotivated!
