A healthy rhythm for good communication and ownership
What do you like best? I like that the product is centered around a core rhythm: the once-per-week, 15-minute reflection on the week and opportunity to answer questions and provide feedback to one's manager (and from the manager back to the employee). What do you dislike? The OKRs interface is decent, but there are some other products that make it easier / clearer to visualize OKRs in the org chart. Also, why isn't there an org chart feature? All the information is there in the ...

Great system for engaging our team and aligning them to our organization's OKRs
What do you like best? Almost every company struggles with internal communication and clarity. 15Five is the best, most efficient system we have seen to engage our team members and get everyone focused on our priorities. What do you dislike? While I like that 15Five regularly 'nudges' us to complete our short check-in forms each week, the default reminders are a little overwhelming...I changed the frequency to prevent my inbox from being flooded. What problems are you ...

Didn't realize how much I needed something like this!
What do you like best? 15Five makes tracking priorities for the week and communicating with my manager seamless! I love the comment functionality. Also, going through self-reflection and review cycles in 15five is also incredibly straightforward. High-fives are also an awesome way to recognize peers! What do you dislike? Only thing I can say is that I wish my company used all of the features and functionality! We still do some performance management outside of 15five, which ...

15five makes our team even better!
What do you like best? I love that 15five gives us instant insights into our team's biggest successes and struggles each week. The weekly questions and team pulse is great, and the one-on-one feature helps us ensure that our team gives timely follow-up to action items. What do you dislike? It's a tiny bit confusing since one-on-ones and the weekly questionnaires are in separate places, but once I got the hang of it it was very intuitive. What problems are you solving with ...

15Five is invaluable for a high-performance engineering team
What do you like best? The weekly 15Five is is an excellent pulse check on the team. Managers could setup a pool of questions that are rotated through the next several weeks. Sometimes they surface fun team building ideas, what new tools or technology they have learned, and sometimes they surface actual organizational challenges that team members may not want feel comfortable bringing up to a larger group. Being able to set comments to private, so that it's only between the two of ...

Essential tool for good leadership
What do you like best? Ease of use. Connecting weekly reviews, to 1 on 1s, to Q rvws. Simple platform for employees to use and be heard. What do you dislike? Doesn't have ability to send 1 on 1 invites to more than 1 person. Recommendations to others considering the product: Most small to med companies don't spend the time or resources for something that requires weekly attention, but it's ABSOLUTELY worth it. Has helped us separate from other companies. What ...

15 - 5
What do you like best? Ability to set clear goals with your manager and for yourself. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s hard to go back and find old priority lists. Also closing out goals is weird because it makes it seem like you did it but then 15-5 will email you saying it’s still open. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Self growth and goal settings with management

I love this app! It allows me to stay “in the loop” with my team much more easily.
What do you like best? The high five function and the weekly check ins. What do you dislike? It’s clunky to use the “refer to 1-to-1” option. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication and recognition is better.

Forward thinking platform that allows for collaboration, communication, and transparency!
What do you like best? Everything about 15Five is so science-based and proven to work that is hard to pin-point what to like the most. The weekly check-in with your supervisor allows for you allow for continuous communication on goal progress, on other priorities that took place in the week and share allows for communication of barriers to progress. It allows managers to provide frequent feedback and loop resources in when needed. The platform is so user friendly that anyone can use it. ...
