A great way to keep organised, keep informed, and keep teams happy!
What do you like best? The 15fives and highfives are the best features. Regular check ins with individuals via submitting your 15five is great - insightful questions and organised feedback, helps drive 121 conversations and share feedback proactively around the company. The Highfives are also a positive influence as they help to share gratitude and recognition for others, particularly across other teams/departments, and gives leadership teams insight on their top team players and those ...

Best way to convey your feedback
What do you like best? Every week my manager know the issue/blocks I am facing. Highfive is the feature I like the most. What do you dislike? I don't like notification when someone like my HighFive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Transparent communication is the benefit I am receiving.

Software for managers
What do you like best? I've spoken to quite a few manager colleagues and we all used Notes or Evernote or Paper or Google Keep so 15five is the software you didn't realize really helps: regular 1:1 notes, OKRs, annual reviews, and especially nice "high fives" for acknowledging someone. I use the mobile app on walking 1:1s pretty effectively What do you dislike? Some of the functionality is not in the mobile app. (Annual reviews?) Javascript has saved many partial answers but if ...

One of the best products I ever used
What do you like best? Having been in the software industry for a very long time, it’s hard to get excited (at first) at this type of software. Usually, this stuff is a necessary evil as part of growth and becomes a corporate chore. So when we first reviewed the landscape we came with a ton of preconceived bias. Then we found 15Five and it rocked our whole world. This is just an amazing product and employees actually love it and use it daily and weekly. What do you dislike? Hard to ...

A great circle for feedback and improvement
What do you like best? When I provide feedback to my direct report they review and it often opens discussions. What do you dislike? As part of a department, some peer evaluation would be a great idea Recommendations to others considering the product: Add peer review What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure we are focused on the same things

The tool is quite fantastic
What do you like best? The fact that it combines the different aspects, 1 on 1s, weekly status checks, high fives, and OKRs which allows it to not only keep managers in the loop without lengthy meetings but easily pull together all sources when doing more involved quarterly or annual reviews. What do you dislike? I don't find anything about it particularly bad. Recommendations to others considering the product: OKRs are awesome, try them. What problems are you solving ...

Loving this tool.
What do you like best? It's a quick way to effectively determine my employee's happiness, what they perceive their priorities as, and what I can do help them reach their goals. It's a good catalyst for our face to face meetings. What do you dislike? At first I thought it was too impersonal and preferred face to face conversations. Now I realize that I can use 15Five to help make my face to face meetings more effective. My team knows I understand what potential roadblocks they have ...

Just tremendous
What do you like best? The Fact that all are able to see your work. What do you dislike? It has stopped reminding me of the date for my inputs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Atleast the challenges and wins are being evaluated by management and rectified in real time.

Excellent Employee Engagement Tool
What do you like best? - Intuitive and easy to use User interface - Wide array of features for Employee performance tracking and engagement - The social media style design that it has, makes it fun to use, and allow the Team leaders of any group to keep their workgroups engaged and monitored. What do you dislike? The 15Five Support service is somewhat slow to respond to their tickets. Sometimes the response that they provide is not effective. What problems are you ...

The most dodgy SaaS product I've ever…
The most dodgy SaaS product I've ever subscribed to. After using it with our team for a while we decided to try something else. I tried finding the deactivation button (scanning through the site, didn't find anything). They've cleverly hidden the section where you can actually find some information about canceling your subscription. Finally I find it and it says you have to contact support at 15five.com to get the link. Now, I do that and a person comes back telling me about some steps to ...
