Customizable and simple method of assessing yourself.
What do you like best? 15Five does a relatively good job of allowing managers to pose important questions to employees, customizable based on department and role, and allows for opaque communication hidden from other eyes in a way that allows the employee to understand who has access to their comments. This is great tool for improving communication and feedback
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I like most about 15Five is the fact that it allows me to communicate with my managers and other members in a more professional way. We use it to answer questions and to increase team satisfaction. We complete 15Five report every two weeks, the questions are insightful and I like that I can freely tell about my tasks, opinions and problems. 15Five provides a more engaging process for performance management.
What do you like best? 15five provides a flexible toolset for managing employee performance. I enjoy the structure of of the 1-on-1 system which allows be to build my response over the course of the week rather than waiting till the end of the review period and trying to recall all of my activities. Using 15Five for peer to peer feedback has improved the virtual work environment that we have.
What do you like best? The ability to see agents and peers also giving others shout outs and high fives helps to keep moral up! When most agents kept issues or suggestions to them selves they now have a voice that is heard through there weekly 15fives. What do you dislike? The down side for me the agents or peers who do not participate as they should. What do you like best? It's a very fun way to give feedback, and offers an easy open way to talk What do you dislike? Nothing yet. Integral to our organizational health
What do you like best? 15Five has been a huge asset to our organization! It has created a simply and easy way to maintain touch points among our staff. This is so valuable! What do you dislike? Keeping me on track for success!
What do you like best? 15Five is both user friendly and thorough! When you report to the President of a company, there isn't always time to review the more granular details of the week. 15Five allows for that as well as expansion on previously covered topics. I can communicate more freely
What do you like best? I like the ability to give teammates "highfives". When I first heard about this feature I thought it wouldn't be that great. My opinion changed after seeing others get highfives. The positive feedback looked like something that I would like to receive because it was seen by a huge portion of the organization. Fast and Easy
What do you like best? It's great having visibility to all of the highlights in one place. Much better than digging through individual status reports. What do you dislike?
