I highly recommend 15Five to every organization and company or management department

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that we are able to give high-five in order to motivate our colleagues. They are happy when they receive positive feedback from managers and they are even more motivated for next tasks. As an employee I like that I’m able to speak about my concerns, to attend meetings, to follow up upcoming tasks and to solve various problems within our company.
