PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that we are able to give high-five in order to motivate our colleagues. They are happy when they receive positive feedback from managers and they are even more motivated for next tasks. As an employee I like that I’m able to speak about my concerns, to attend meetings, to follow up upcoming tasks and to solve various problems within our company. This HR management software requires 15minutes to fill out the report on a weekly basis and it require sonly 5 minutes for the manager to review the reports.
