Making 1:1s a breeze
What do you like best? 15Five is easy to setup and use. The weekly reviews allow IC and managers to communicate freely and set the agenda for weekly 1 on 1s. It also allows organization transparency. I.e. Managers can see how their teams and others are feeling (if settings allow). 15 "High Fives" are a great way to acknowledge coworkers' when he/she goes above and beyond. What do you dislike? Questions seem somewhat limited and often repeated week after week. What problems ...

Useful for management, tiresome for end users
What do you like best? Able to track individual and team- based projects from beginning to completion, and any hang-ups in-between. The "high-fives" feature. What do you dislike? Have to answer the same questions every week, it gets tiresome very quickly. With management (and HR) reviewing your submission, I feel like I can't be completely honest with my answers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now see how individual ...

An awesome tool for a better workplace
What do you like best? 15Five Continuous Performance Management is an intuitive, robust and inexpensive solution to managing the performance of your team. What do you dislike? 15Five Continuous Performance Management could do a better job of helping to encourage compliance with return information from your team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? In trying to find a tool to increase engagement, 15Five Continuous Performance ...

Easy to use, effective for understanding your employees
What do you like best? The most effective aspect of 15Five is the speed and simplicity for the employee and manager. In my experience in high growth/rapid growing start-up space the reality of the old way of doing performance reviews is not realistic. It often becomes a box to just check. I do not agree with this, but it is a bit of reality in rapid growth with new force. 15Five makes it easy and the collaboration style is how the new workforce likes to operate. Therefore you are more ...

Perfect tool for improving the interaction within a company
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Finally, we have found a solution that helps us to better manage our team members and to improve the communication between management department and other employees. We perform monthly meetings, we use it to prepare for the upcoming meetings thanks to the weekly reports. This is extremely helpful tool for both our leaders and team members. Our employees don’t feel the pressure to complete the report and they can always use 15Five in ...

Used Every Week - Very Helpful!
What do you like best? 15Five allows me to do so much every week. First of all, it's a great way for me to stay connected with my supervisor (and even my peers!). Every week, I'm able to submit a report that lets my supervisor know how that week went (the good, the bad, and everything else). This then gets reviewed by my supervisor so she's in the loop of everything. Second, 15Five allows us to schedule 1-on-1 meetings and jot down any talking points we might have for each other. This is ...

Maybe we just don't know how to use it
What do you like best? We basically use this system to answer the weekly questions of general satisfactions and needs of the people in the company. So, in general it let's your boss know if you felt happy, if there is something you need, or want to know, expectations, in a week base. And also we use it to give Kudos to others, this helps people thankful and it is a nice thing to do to be grateful even for small irrelevant things. What do you dislike? I guess that no one in the ...

Easy to use, great for accountability, but could use a few enhancements
What do you like best? it's super simple to use, has a modern/engaging feel, and really keeps my team and i on track. What do you dislike? i hate that i can't go in and make changes if something changes on my end. i also wish there was a way to skip a week if i'm on vacation. the reason this is important is b/c i want to set goals for the week i'm back, but i can't do that without first putting then in for the week i'm away and then copying them over afterward. Recommendations ...
