Team Health at an all time high

What do you like best? My emotional and mental health has increased so much as a result of having an outlet for my frustrations and concerns in the workplace. What do you dislike? The app is a little tricky to get to certain functions, like the one on one section. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A place for review and contemplation along with performance review and enhancement.

Good way to stay on track and stay connected.

What do you like best? I like that I'm able to have a week to week check in with my boss that both keeps track of my work and also keeps him in the loop on what I'm doing. It covers the most important indicators like weekly priorities, workplace satisfaction, and the ability to recognize coworkers for contributions they made that week. What do you like best? It provides a quick weekly check in with my manager so we resolve issues within a few days. What do you dislike? The objectives feature is not intuitive, we use it to track our quarterly goals. It is confusing to figure out how to connect a parent objective or create a new one.
