Great tool for feedback and transparency

Sometimes I don't want to put a low number in fear of management wondering why. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool to build morale! Fun and useful
What do you like best? Its easy to use, its intuitive, it gives you a sense of achievement when you plan and tick things off. What do you dislike? Its difficult to ensure that goals cascade and add up. It's possible that various people are creating different goals for the same thing, could get repetitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being more planned, holding team mates accountable for what they planned for, better oversight.

A Simple Way to Document Your Work Life
What do you like best? I love 15-5 because it is an easy way for your supervisor to know how you are doing, not just on work-related projects, but also how you are feeling at work. It provides an outlet for employees to share their goals, frustrations, hold-ups, and even occasional questions about the organization as a whole. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to determine how to rate your week. Is a 5 a normal week or the best week ever? Our company averages a 4-5 each week, ...

This tool can be used to track performance and to ensure that you are on the right path to achieving your goals. I also think it allows people to recognize you when you perform well. What do ...

I like having a chance to be able to write out things I accomplished for the week or tell my manager something that I am struggling with. It makes me feel like my voice is being heard. What do you dislike? I don't really dislike anything about it. I think it is a great product. It has a great interface and is ...

Great way to keep up with the efforts of your team
What do you like best? It helps me communicate with my supervisor on tasks I'm working on. I like that I can highlight my wins each week and identify opportunities to improve. Also, the optional questions asked each week are different, so it keeps things interesting. What do you dislike? You have to be willing to take the time to fill it out each week and you need your supervisor to spend the time reviewing your weekly submissions. We all get busy and it's hard to spend the time to ...
