What do you like best? It was encouraging to track objectives as I was getting started at my job. It was also nice getting recognized by colleagues for various things worked on together. Easy and effective

What do you like best? What i find most helpful about 15five is that the reminders are great and that it is simple to use. It is very easy to get goals and to communicate standards and goals with your manager or your direct reports. The optional questions are also a good clue into what might be going on in the company. The one on one setup isn't very intuitive, took a bit for some of our employees to figure out how to set up new ones.
