Experience of the tool will depend on momentum of usage and culture around other team members' use
What do you like best? It was encouraging to track objectives as I was getting started at my job. It was also nice getting recognized by colleagues for various things worked on together. What do you dislike? For certain roles with goals and metrics that are fairly consistent over time, usage might tend to drop off What problems are you solving with the product? User friendly and engaging

Easy and effective
What do you like best? What i find most helpful about 15five is that the reminders are great and that it is simple to use. It is very easy to get goals and to communicate standards and goals with your manager or your direct reports. The optional questions are also a good clue into what might be going on in the company. Great for office communication
What do you like best? Ability to structure one on ones and give teammates shout outs when deserved What do you dislike? The one on one setup isn't very intuitive, took a bit for some of our employees to figure out how to set up new ones. Also would like the ability to add comments to the talking points What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Structuring my goals, mainly.

What do you like best? The ability to customize the cadence of questions & structure it for your business needs What do you dislike? If not managed correctly it could lead to coaching without meeting the person you are coaching. You still need the face to face to cover the items in the 15Five regularly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Coaching & development. What do you like best? I like that it makes the annual goal process feel more like an ongoing process...not something that just happens at the end of the year. What do you dislike? Its a cool way to stay in sync with your manager and team
What do you like best? I like the simplicity so that I can complete the submission in under 5 minutes What do you dislike? There should be more flexibility in ability to delete - right now we have to select the text and delete it to remove a task What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? keeping my manager informed about my day to day
