15Five Review

What do you like best? 15five is a useful app in listing out goals and tasks accomplished for a specific week. The website is easy to use and provides reminders when the week's 15five is due, which is helpful. Notes can also be made private to just you and your reviewer (usually your manager), which is good if you're discussing anything confidential. What do you dislike? The reminders that 15five provides are set to a day before the 15five is due, which is too early and at times ...

Once you get used to it, very helpful

What do you like best? I love the structure that 15Five provides in my reviews. It's so useful to have a centralized place to document my wins and losses, and it provides a helpful framework for evaluating how I spend my time and contribute to my team's KPIs. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is the navigation and user interface. It seems a bit needlessly complicated, and I don't like how many clicks it takes to view my history and the past week's 15five. ...

It has improved my performance Recommendations to others considering the product: I think all companies that value their employees should look into this What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to communicate with the correct people from my desk while still working.

Great way to motivate others to help

What do you like best? 15Five is easy to use. I like that we can customize it to align with our company mission. I use it weekly to give feedback to co workers outside my day- to -day team. It's a great way to recognize the work they've done, and say thank you in a meaningful way. The reminders about when you last thanked people on your team, birthdays, etc are also helpful to make sure you haven't forgotten to recognize someone. What do you dislike? You can leave comments, but ...

Easy to use and customize

What do you like best? The quick, weekly reviews and feedback are easy to fill out but give you and your team a continuous picture of what's going on. What do you dislike? There wasn't a ton of variety in the automatically generated weekly questions. I think mixing that up more will give a better snapshot of culture. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think if you're looking for an easy tool to share with your team, you can gather feedback about how ...

Ongoing Touch base with Manager

What do you like best? This is a great way to share what has been going on within my work/personal life with my manager in a structured manner. We do these bi-monthly and its nice to have a time and place to say the good and the bad in this cadence and not have to remember everything for an annual review. I love the simplicity of the platform and it is very straight forward. I think the structure of how it is all set up makes it quick to fill out and not a burden. You can write as much ...

Could be a good product, but not top of mind for employees

What do you like best? Product has a lot of service offerings in the way of employee performance monitoring and incentivizing. What do you dislike? Most employees just don't remember to use the tool. Yes, they send email reminders, but emails like that tend to get pushed to the weigh side. I'd love to see a tool with a more advanced way of communicating with employees to better encourage usage. Recommendations to others considering the product: Build a product that ...

15Five product review

What do you like best? I like that I have my to do list in one place. I am able to easily share with my manager what my goals are and it also allows for company feedback. What do you dislike? I already meet with my manager to discuss things face to face so I dont feel it is entirely necessary/ it is repetitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: very easy to use and asks high level questions. very good for new employees. What problems are you solving ...

15Five is essential for our company

What do you like best? What I like the most about 15Five is that it makes it easy to put into practice important managerial concepts and methods that have robust scientific foundations. I decided to use 15Five after reading John Doerr's book "Measure what matters", about OKRs and Continuous Performance Management, which are corroborated by organizational/system theories and behavioral economics. And 15Five is a tool to put all that into practice in an easy way. What do you dislike? ...

15 Five - Can be useful if you use it well

What do you like best? What I like best is the 1 on 1 section of 15 five. My supervisor and I can place line items in our 15 five that we can work on and discuss. It is nice knowing that we are going to be talking about certain topics and that I can add items to the agenda. What do you dislike? The interface of 15 five is hard to use. The reminders to do your 15 five are not consistent and I found myself missing the deadline. I also don't like how you cannot give criticism. We can ...
