A little extra work for employees but helpful
What do you like best? That we have a voice to our managers. We used it for a short time, but did make an impact to our team culture. What do you dislike? That it gives me more things to do in a week. I found myself spending more time than necessary. The questions were sometimes requiring a bit more work and time consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for employees to voice opinions to managers. What problems are you solving with the ...

It's helpful to keep you on track
What do you like best? I asks good questions to keep you on track on your 1:1 touch bases. What do you dislike? The 1:1 questions need to be diversified. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the goals is hard to keep updating every week. also sends out too many emails to remind.

Good way to communicate with your direct support & check in on tasks
What do you like best? It gamifies the check in process by having streaks and department streaks. It also sends recurring reminder emails the day before your check in is due. It's a good way to be able to "high-five" teammates and makes it easy to call out great work to the whole organization What do you dislike? The mobile site is kind of buggy and hard to use. Recommend going desktop for this one What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

All in one review tool
What do you like best? This has been an extremely helpful tool for our organization since we implemented it a few months back. When we conducted 1:1's and discussed goals, it was always a task to then go back and find the notes to make sure you did what you were assigned. Now with 15Five, it stores all of the historical 1:1 notes as well as a weekly check in on goals/projects What do you dislike? I dont think there are any downsides to using this tool. Its extremely user friendly ...

15Five is great!
What do you like best? The best thing about 15five is it gives me a perfect way to congratulate my colleagues and acknowledge them for their hard work. I really like that 15five notifies us when anyone has been given a "high five" so that the whole company can see who should be recognized and then we can congratulate them on their great work! What do you dislike? I don't have much to say about 15five that I dislike. It allows me to report what im liking and disliking at work and ...
