Everything we hoped it would be....and more.
What do you like best? The 15Five tool is very easy to use and quick for our teams to engage with. The "high five" tool has become an instant hit and solved a big recognition problem for my organization. Nice to have collaboration of all aspect of Performance Management at one Place
What do you like best? Continues feedback with your manager on weekly basis using 15Five. Logged 1-1 with managers Clear objective get defined using Objective Visibility to see, objective at company level, manager level You can easily align your objective with company goals What do you dislike? Pretty good- does the job
What do you like best? It provides a space for your leaders to know how healthy/successful you are feeling and they can notice trends and try to address them before they become bigger. What do you dislike? It's annoying to do them each week sometimes when I'm busy with other things. What do you like best? I am currently piloting the tool, and I love the ease of use. What do you like best? - Assisted with 1 on 1s with management - Allowed my managers to pick questions unique to me What do you dislike? - Sometimes the questions were not the best (but this may be managements fault) - The interface and displays used were not my favorite What problems are you solving with the product? 👍tool for tracking progress and managing 1:1s (requires buy-in from multiple people to be useful)
What do you like best? 15Five helps me keep track of my work week-to-week as well as my 1:1s with my manager, which makes it easy to track and keep tabs on my performance/progress. More specifically, I like that my manager and I can use my weekly 15Five responses as a foundation for our 1-on-1 agenda. What do you dislike? 15Five requires buy-in from you AND your manager.
