What do you like best? I love the messages I receive from the platform to keep me in line with the things that were important to me within the last week to enable re-alignment and "post mortem"s for priority shifts. Fabulous platform for keeping a pulse on team sentiment

What do you like best? The weekly pulse taking prompt me to really think about how my week went and not keep issues to myself. I also like the fact that some of the pulse questions can be customized. I often need to be reminded of what I thought my priorities were part way through the week and 15/5 is there to remind me. I also like being able to track 1:1 info with my manager. What do you like best? Very nice tool to track performance individually as well as company level. My manager is aware about my activity and give the feedback weekly basis.
