Simple, useful, and empowering
What do you like best? The term Continuous Performance Management understates the value of this very useful tool: simple, adaptable and useful. When used by a skilled leader and motivated employee it encourages honest reflection and effective planning. Furthermore, throughout the week it helps me to stay focused, prioritize and feel inspired. What do you dislike? In order for the 15Five tool to be effective, it must be fully integrated into the working life of the team. As with all ...

Easy medium term alignment
What do you like best? I love the messages I receive from the platform to keep me in line with the things that were important to me within the last week to enable re-alignment and "post mortem"s for priority shifts. When working in the fast-paced environment of a startup it is easy to lose sight of goals and tasks from more than a day or so ago and 15five gives me a great platform to keep tasks and priorities in perspective over a longer period than today/yesterday. What do you ...

Fabulous platform for keeping a pulse on team sentiment
What do you like best? The weekly pulse taking prompt me to really think about how my week went and not keep issues to myself. I also like the fact that some of the pulse questions can be customized. I often need to be reminded of what I thought my priorities were part way through the week and 15/5 is there to remind me. I also like being able to track 1:1 info with my manager. What do you dislike? I wish that I could add items to my priorities list after the week has started that ...

Very nice tool to track performance
What do you like best? Very nice tool to track performance individually as well as company level. My manager is aware about my activity and give the feedback weekly basis. The most important part is What went well this week? and What didn't go well this week?. So this is great tool where you can fill freely about your priority task and work on feedback. What do you dislike? It's great tool and fulfill the purpose for company as well as individual. As of now I don't have any dislike ...

This is how you get better dynamic and organic feedback.
What do you like best? I always feel like my management team knows what is going on on my level, they are able to comment or like smaller specific items rather than having to draft out a lengthier response like in quarterly or annual reviews. What do you dislike? I think have alternative sets of questions with a "don't answer this one" option might be nice, I always have the "what challenges are you facing?" question and sometimes I just don't feel like I have anything challenging ...

I also love the integration with slack and the ability to send high fives to team members. What do you dislike? I cannot think of any downsides really. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Business goals and initiatives move so fast. 15Five helps keep a record and is a tool for reflection on ...

Great Tool for reviewing employees work and working atmosphere!
What do you like best? That every employee needs to take his or her time to review the week. This provides a great reviewing culture where everyone in the company profits from. And we absolutely love the high-five feature, which is absolutely motivating. We implemented in into Slack so we see all high-fives in our daily business, not only when checking 15five. But actually 15five is besides it's bi-directional reporting also very helpful for every employee as he or her sees their ...
