What do you like best? The interface is clean, and is very straightforward for teams to use. Offers plenty of opportunity to streamline one on ones, weekly performance reviews, and accountability. What do you like best? I loved how it sends me when the 15five is due. I am able to tell my managers how I am feeling this week at work and my goals. What do you dislike?
