Overall great HR tool for maintaining employee satisfaction

What do you like best? I really enjoy the ability to track your progress throughout your employee journey and help built a good report with your coworkers. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is the lack of revolving questions in my 15five prompts. I find myself having to reanswer some of the same questions every week which can get pretty repetitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It can be very beneficial for ...

15five is a goal-setter

What do you like best? 15five gives you the means to set your goals, systematically track them, and provide or receive feedback for any topic. What do you dislike? As a user of both the web and iOS app, i would say that the iOS app's UI needs to be refined, and it's features enhanced. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes my life a bit easier, by giving me a reference point regarding my goals, my progress, and the means to ...

Helps me keep organized

What do you like best? Review of accomplishments. Clarity on next steps. Love the motivational quotes. What do you dislike? Format for 1:1 is slightly confusing. Haven't used it much for 1-1 as the ease of use is not high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prioritization and collaboration with manager.

15 FIve is a great way to efficiently praise your collegues and discuss issues with your manager

What do you like best? Communication between colleagues an management is simple and efficient. 1 on 1s are customized for each employee and speeds up the evaluation process. Giving others high fives a great way to praise someone for their help or efforts. What do you dislike? Setting up a 1 on 1 is not very clear. Software product and business management.

What do you like best? Very focused feature set, clear user interface and simple process, restrict but flexible communication hierarchy, easy to understand and quick learning curve for new comer. What do you dislike? For people who took day off forgot submit input, there should be easier way for managers to hand over on own but no need to go to HR for support. To review the document of people on 2nd level is with room for improvement. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Nice tool that helps me prioritize tasks and monitor progress of quarterly objectives.

What do you like best? Single pane of glass where top management can monitor progress of company's objectives. Also, helps users prioritize their work and focus on things that matter. What do you dislike? I noticed a bug. If one of my team members submits objective performance update, all the percentages I entered earlier will be written over by his update. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Task prioritization is one of my main ...

Great Tool for Collecting Candid Feedback

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the tool. I am able to easily keep track of my team's reviews and 1-on-1s. I like the ability to add a high-five directly to the weekly review. What do you dislike? I feel that the UI is a little counter-intuitive when it comes to managing teams and the people on those teams. It took me a while to figure out how to manage vacations. I still don't know if there is an option to submit a 15Five even if I am on vacation. What problems ...

Easy to customize and great for effective communication

What do you like best? My manager uses this program to check in with our team on a biweekly basis. I love that she's able to customize the questions each time to something different depending on what she wants to focus on. This helps me to be able to communicate more effectively with her and keep her posted on my progress and any concerns I have. What do you dislike? In regards to the 1-5 scale for how I'm feeling-- I think it would be cool to have multiple scales depending on the ...
