Overall great HR tool for maintaining employee satisfaction
What do you like best? I really enjoy the ability to track your progress throughout your employee journey and help built a good report with your coworkers. What do you dislike? Helps me keep organized
What do you like best? Review of accomplishments. Clarity on next steps. Love the motivational quotes. What do you dislike? Format for 1:1 is slightly confusing. Haven't used it much for 1-1 as the ease of use is not high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prioritization and collaboration with manager.

15 FIve is a great way to efficiently praise your collegues and discuss issues with your manager
What do you like best? Communication between colleagues an management is simple and efficient. 1 on 1s are customized for each employee and speeds up the evaluation process. What do you like best? Very focused feature set, clear user interface and simple process, restrict but flexible communication hierarchy, easy to understand and quick learning curve for new comer. Nice tool that helps me prioritize tasks and monitor progress of quarterly objectives.

Great Tool for Collecting Candid Feedback
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the tool. I am able to easily keep track of my team's reviews and 1-on-1s. I like the ability to add a high-five directly to the weekly review. What do you dislike? I feel that the UI is a little counter-intuitive when it comes to managing teams and the people on those teams. It took me a while to figure out how to manage vacations. Easy to customize and great for effective communication
What do you like best? My manager uses this program to check in with our team on a biweekly basis. I love that she's able to customize the questions each time to something different depending on what she wants to focus on. This helps me to be able to communicate more effectively with her and keep her posted on my progress and any concerns I have. What do you dislike?
